This website, emmausdev.com, and direct inquiries to Emmaus Development LLC by text, phone, email or a form on this site.

This website

The site is intentionally light. Nothing on it tracks you for advertising or builds a profile of you, and it sets no tracking cookies. Visit counts come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you.

When you contact us

If you text, call, email or send a form, we receive what you send and use it to reply, scope work and keep normal business records. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't treat your business details as marketing material.

The free apps

ScopeGuard, BusinessPro and FlexTime run in your browser and keep your data on your own device. MD Tune-Up runs on your own computer and makes no network calls. None of them send your records to us.

Capsule Base and Tend8 installs

Your install runs where your system already lives, and your records stay with it. When the system asks an AI provider a question, it goes under your own account and that provider's terms, and you choose the provider. If the AI runs on your own machine, nothing leaves your building. We see your data only as needed to build and look after the system, and we treat it as confidential.

Services we use

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site, including its typefaces, and passes along messages sent through its forms. GitHub hosts the open-source code and specs. Each has its own privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

We keep normal business records as long as needed for support, accounting and legal reasons. To have something deleted, email rkropf@emmausdev.com.
