How it works

Your records stay where they are. We add something next to them that you can ask questions of, and that keeps an eye on things if you want it to.

Capsule

You ask, it answers

  1. 1

    Connect

We connect to the system you already run: a database, your accounting software, your CRM, or a folder of spreadsheets you export. Nothing gets replaced, and nobody has to learn a new screen.

  2. 2

    Copy

A copy of your records goes onto your own machine, sorted so a question can find the right ones. It refreshes on a schedule we set up with you during the install.

  3. 3

    Ask

Type a question the way you'd ask a person. The answer comes back with the records it came from, so you can check it.

  4. 4

    Tune

You start with 10 to 15 questions tuned to your records. New ones get added as you think of them.

tend8

Tend8, the add-on

It watches, and tells you

Everything Capsule does, plus it keeps an eye on the business so nothing falls off the table: receivables, quotes, purchasing, shipments. First we spend a few days learning how your business runs, so it knows what deserves your attention.

A morning brief

What changed, what's due, what's at risk, what slipped. Short, and tuned to what matters to you.

Ask it, or tell it

Ask it things and tell it things. "What's overdue?" "Who has room this week?" "Move the Henderson install to Thursday."

A live board

A screen in the shop or a tab you keep open, showing where today stands and flagging what the brief mentioned.

Triggers

When an invoice hits 30 days, a lead sits for 48 hours, or a job runs over its estimate, it says so. How your business runs stops living only in your head.

A morning brief for a made-up supply company. It leads with what needs you: the biggest balance is about to be billed again, two invoices are late going out, and eleven small ones could be closed in an afternoon. The totals come after.
A morning brief: three things that need attention today, then receivables at a glance

Where it runs, and where your data goes

Your machine

A small computer for about $300, or a server for about $5 a month. Either way it's yours, and there's no subscription to us.

Your data

It stays on that machine. To answer a question, the question and the records it needs go to the AI provider you choose, on your own account.

Nothing leaves

With RouterLM, the AI runs on your own machine too, so nothing leaves the building.

What it connects to

If your system can export its records, it can connect.
