What it adds
- A morning brief. What changed, what's due, what's at risk, what slipped. Short, and tuned to what matters to you.
- Ask it, or tell it. Ask it things and tell it things. "What's overdue?" "Who has room this week?" "Move the Henderson install to Thursday."
- A live board. A screen in the shop or a tab you keep open, showing where today stands and flagging what the brief mentioned.
- Triggers. When an invoice hits 30 days, a lead sits for 48 hours, or a job runs over its estimate, it says so. How your business runs stops living only in your head.
How an install goes
The first few days go to learning how your business runs: what you track, where things slip, what deserves your attention on a Monday morning. Then the brief, the board and the triggers get built around that. Most Tend8 installs are working in about two weeks.

Tend8 watches inside the business. Signal Mornings watches outside it: your industry, your competitors, and the sources you care about, picked through every morning for what matters to you.
- Managed for you. We run it, and we keep adjusting what it watches as your market and your focus change.
- In your brief, if you want it there. Outside news means more next to what's happening inside. A competitor's price change reads differently with your own margins on the same page, which is why it's an add-on to Tend8.
- Built and run. It ran every morning for six months on our own business.
How it's priced
Every Tend8 build is priced for the business it's built for. It starts with a free call and a discovery, $250 or $500, then a proposal with three options and a price on each. How it goes.
- Already on Capsule? Tend8 extends the same install. Nothing gets rebuilt.
- Care Plan: optional, once it's running.
Who owns it
It runs on your machine for as long as you like, with or without the Care Plan. The setup made for your business, its brief, triggers and board, is yours.
